Frequently asked questions
Does it work on scanned PDF or any PDF?
Only on PDF that already have real form fields (AcroForm) — the kind produced by most administrations and businesses. Scanned documents without form fields are not supported: there is no OCR.
Does it upload my PDF anywhere?
No. The PDF is read and filled entirely in your browser. The only network call is the licence check against Gumroad when you activate a Pro key, at most once a day.
How does the licence key work?
Gumroad emails you a key right after payment. Paste it in the extension's options page: it is checked once online, then stored locally, and the extension keeps working offline. Up to 5 machines, no expiry, no subscription.
What does the profile store?
Only what you type: name, address, SIRET, contact details. It stays in your browser's local storage and is used to match and fill form fields — never sent anywhere.
What if I only fill one form occasionally?
Then the free version is enough: detect the fields, fill them by hand, download. No time limit.
